Bio
| Riddhi joined Thomassen Energy BV, a global aftermarket service provider for power gen gas turbines (GT), including H2 fuel flex combustion retrofits and upgrades, in 2021. In 2022, she was awarded first prize for the Nederlandse Gasindustrieprijzen for her master thesis “Evaluation of Carbon Reduction Options for Industrial Combined Heat and Power Plant.” She was an integral part of the team designing, testing and field validating our FlameSheetTM combustion technology product for high H2 GT applications. She has presented at global industrial forums, including at ASME TurboExpo 2024, presenting her paper “Impact of Hydrogen Fuel Retrofits to GT Performance and Hot Gas Path Components.” She has performed hydrogen feasibility studies for customers and is leading an EU-funded project to provide insight into GT auxiliary systems operating on high hydrogen fuels. Her technical accomplishments are recognized and have significantly helped support decarbonizing the power generation sector. |
