Andrea is a leader, strategist, coach, and communicator with more than 25 years’ leadership and communication experience helping leaders and teams thrive. She currently serves as Director of Employee Experience with Endeavor Management, an international consulting firm specializing in the healthcare and energy industries. In her role, she partners with clients to elevate leaders, create positive cultures, and develop high-performing teams. Prior to joining Endeavor, Andrea was Senior Executive Advisor at Intermountain Health, a regional health system with more than 60,000 employees operating in eight states. She advised the C-Suite on communications strategy, planning and implementation for many complex change initiatives including culture and values, brand, reorganizations, M&A, and crisis response. She also held leadership roles in HR, communications, marketing, and consumer experience. She is passionate about developing leaders and teams to reach their full potential. She focuses on creating solutions to improve personal and professional life.  ​​

Andrea earned a Master of Business Administration, BS in Organizational Communications, and studied at Cambridge University, England. She is a certified Personal and Executive Coach.
