Angela is a results-driven leader with more than two decades of experience in marketing, business development, and strategic communications. Before founding ARH Advisory, she spent nearly
two decades at Deloitte, most recently as Vice President of Business Development for the Tax practice, where she led revenue-growth initiatives and built high-impact relationships with C-Suite
executives. Prior to Deloitte, she served in the White House under President George W. Bush as Deputy Director of Presidential Correspondence, gaining experience in high-stakes communication, stakeholder alignment, and mission-driven
strategy. Angela currently serves as the 2026 President of the Women’s Energy Network Houston Chapter, leading a 21-member board focused on membership growth, partnerships, and brand elevation. She serves on the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Board, was honored as a 2022–2023 HLSR Trailblazer Honoree, and holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of
Houston–Downtown.
