Ashley is the Manager of Inclusion & Belonging at TC Energy, where she leads enterprise-wide strategies that advance inclusion, belonging and culture across North America. With experience across health care, construction and energy, she brings a practical, cross-sector approach to culture transformation, inclusive leadership and employee experience. Ashley also contributes to community impact through her volunteer leadership with United Way of Calgary and Area’s GAIN program, supporting non-profit organizations in strengthening strategy, governance and long-term sustainability.
