Beth Ann currently serves as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Weatherford, a role she has held since April 2025. Before joining Weatherford, Beth Ann was Assistant General Counsel at ChampionX, where she supported the organization through significant growth and industry evolution up to their acquisition by SLB. Her prior roles include senior leadership positions at Nexeo Solutions, KBR, and Dimensional Fund Advisors, through which she developed extensive expertise in M&A, SEC compliance and corporate governance. Beth Ann began her legal career as an associate at Vinson & Elkins. In addition to being an attorney, Beth Ann previously held Series 7 and Series 66 registered representative licenses.
She has also contributed meaningfully to her community, having served on boards for the Houston Area Women’s Center, The Women’s Resource, and the Texas Law Alumni Association Executive Committee. Beth Ann received her law degree from The University of Texas School of Law and her bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland.
