Brittaney is a senior engineer with nearly 20 years of experience spanning project development, operations, business integration, and systems engineering across global oil and gas assets. Throughout her career with BHP and Woodside Energy, she has successfully bridged technical, commercial, and organizational disciplines to advance complex projects and deliver sustainable business value.
As Senior Integrated Systems Lead for the Trion project, the first deepwater development in Mexico, Brittaney currently supports operational readiness through leading systems integration incorporating project management, engineering readiness, and process safety implementation. Previously, as Business Integration Manager for a Trinidad & Tobago deepwater gas project, she guided strategic planning, interface management, value optimization, and project governance activities critical to advancing investment and commercialization decisions.
Her experience includes leadership and engineering roles across deepwater, onshore, greenfield, and brownfield developments in the Gulf of Mexico, Haynesville, Trinidad and Tobago, Algeria, and Mexico with expertise in project integration, production optimization, and asset value creation.
Brittaney holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University and is recognized for her strategic perspective, collaborative leadership style, and commitment to delivering efficient, thorough work.
