Brittany is Chief of Staff at Eclipse Energy, an energy technology company revolutionizing energy through subsurface biotechnology, where she brings more than a decade of experience leading operations and P&L at scale in the energy sector. In her role, she helps drive strategic execution, cross-functional leadership, and organizational growth as the company scales breakthrough technologies for global deployment.

Prior to Eclipse, she spent eight years at NextEra Energy Resources, where she ran the P&L for multiple operated and non-operated assets and led the organizational scale-up of a multi-billion-dollar Haynesville development program. Earlier in her tenure at NextEra, she led subsurface asset teams and managed the internal reserves.

A recognized emerging leader, Brittany was named one of Poets&Quants’ 2025 Best & Brightest MBAs and was also selected as the 2025 Outstanding Graduate of the University of Wisconsin MBA Consortium, where she was also inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma.
