Catherine is an accomplished, solutions-focused leader with more than two decades of progressive experience in the natural gas sector. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in marine sciences from Texas A&M. Her work spans natural gas energy and land development projects across the United States, with a focus on environmental, health and safety, and regulatory affairs.

She has led regulatory permitting, occupational safety, HSE governance and program implementation for major natural gas pipeline and LNG import/export facility projects along the gulf coast, including construction, commissioning, and operations phases. Catherine is experienced in building high-performing teams, developing comprehensive HSE management systems, and navigating complex regulatory requirements.
