Cheryl is HSE Director, Training & Records Management for Plains. In this role, she is responsible for training development and delivery, employee competency program, and field record quality and management.

Cheryl was born in West Texas and grew up with a passion for oil and gas. She joined the Plains family over 12 years ago as an Administrative Assistant and now serves as the HSE Director of Training and Records Management for Plains. She was fortunate to have leaders that provided opportunities to learn and develop along her journey.

Cheryl is dedicated to creating a supportive community of women at Plains. She recently started the Plains Women’s Resource Group, bringing women together across Plains’ footprint to learn and grow together.

Cheryl is a wife and mother who tries to balance it all, and is driven by her daughter’s dream to one day work at Plains.
