Chrystah has been in the midstream industry since 2013, serving in the regulatory compliance space prior to her current role as Training Supervisor over Operator Qualification (OQ) and Competency for Plains. Chrystah also serves as Chair of the API OQ Working Group, working with industry peers/operators, training providers and vendors. In this capacity, Chrystah has served on podcasts and panel discussions about the topic of RP 1161 and Performance Based Tasks in the OQ space. Chrystah holds a BBA with a focus in Finance, from Texas State University, McCoy College of Business and is currently working toward her Associate Safety Professional (ASP) certification.
