Desiree is a senior leader with deep experience spanning operational excellence, commercial strategy, and value creation across the energy and midstream sectors. She currently serves as Director of Operations, American Gulf Region, where she leads large, geographically diverse teams responsible for critical infrastructure, safety performance, and operational reliability. 

Throughout her career, Desiree has overseen complex pipeline and terminal operations, profit and loss accountability, and major optimization and expansion programs. She also brings meaningful commercial experience, having led gas control teams and worked within commercial organizations to optimize value chains, support growth initiatives, and improve financial performance.

 She is recognized for aligning strategy with execution, building high‑performing teams, and leading organizations through change with a strong focus on safety, integrity, and long‑term stakeholder value. In 2021, Desiree was featured as one of America’s Top Leaders by Who’s Who. Outside of work, she is a proud mom of two boys.
