Donna is a seasoned chemical engineer with over 25 years of experience spanning the Midstream, Refinery, and Petrochemical sectors. A graduate of Texas A&M University, she has held pivotal roles at industry leaders including Mobil, Valero, and S&B Engineering—where she tackled complex technical and operational challenges as a Facility Engineer, Process Engineer, and Lead Process Engineer. 

Since joining Coastal Chemical in 2010, Donna has focused on purification technologies using solid adsorbents and catalysts, while also building strong relationships across the value chain. Today, she leads technical services with a focus on optimizing workflows, aligning engineering solutions with business goals, and mentoring the next generation of engineers. 

Donna brings a deep understanding of process design, operations, and stakeholder engagement—making her a valuable voice in advancing innovation and collaboration within the energy industry.
