As the Global Intellectual Property Manager at Air Products, Gowri leads the development of a high-impact, innovation-driven patent program that supports the company’s growth and sustainability goals. Her work spans more than 20 business segments and focuses on identifying and protecting breakthrough technologies.

An accomplished innovator, Gowri is a co-inventor on more than 20 U.S. patents in areas including low-carbon hydrogen, carbon capture, natural gas liquefaction, adsorption, and air separation. She is also a registered patent agent with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Gowri holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and a Bachelor’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras. Her deep technical expertise and strategic leadership place her at the forefront of innovation and IP in the clean energy space.
