Jennifer is a highly qualified and experienced safety professional with a Bachelors and Master of Science in Occupational Safety and Health. She holds multiple designations, including Certified Safety Professional® (CSP), Graduate Safety Practitioner® (GSP) and National Construction Safety Officer® (NCSO). With over two decades of experience in the oil & gas industry, Jennifer has demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management systems and leadership communications.
Jennifer’s extensive experience in leadership roles has equipped her with valuable skills that she effectively shares to empower other women in the industry. Her dedication to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment helps other women build confidence, develop their skills, and advance in their careers. In addition to her professional achievements, Jennifer is actively involved in volunteer work. She has served on numerous committees and coordinated charity events. Jennifer is also a member of several professional organizations, including the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP), Board of Certified Safety Professional (BCSP) and the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS). Jennifer has been honored with the 2025 Outstanding Safety Professional Award by Columbia Southern University.
