With more than 20 years of experience in talent, learning, and operational excellence, he is passionate about developing leaders, strengthening technical capability, and helping organizations navigate growth and change. Kalaan is a certified Insights Discovery practitioner, speaker, and facilitator known for turning complex talent challenges into practical solutions.

Originally from Davis, California, Kalaan now lives in Houston with his wife, Rebecca, and their four children. He can often be found cheering them on as a theater, volleyball, track, baseball, and gymnastics, mentoring emerging leaders, or exploring new ways to connect talent development with business performance.
