With over two decades of leadership experience, Kelly has partnered with Fortune 500 companies, CEOs, foreign governments, and educational institutions to develop inclusive workplaces and foster global competency. The underpinning of her work is bridging difference, whether via her time and work in Inner Mongolia, China, while hosting heads of state for diplomatic dialogue, or training executives on how to be inclusive leaders. As head of the US P&L for Catalyst, Kelly oversees support of 250+ US organizations, integrating research and solutions to create inclusive workplaces from the frontline to the C-suite. A sought-after speaker, Kelly has delivered over 125 engagements on topics such as inclusive leadership, empathy, ERGs, sponsorship, and allyship.
A 2024 Women Worth Watching in Leadership Award Winner, Fulbright Scholar, and Young Sinologist, Kelly champions inclusion and cultural understanding. She holds a BA in Speech Communication from Texas A&M University and a Master of Public Administration from UNC-Chapel Hill.
