Krystina is Manager of Environmental Permitting at Plains, where she leads teams responsible for environmental permitting and regulatory strategy throughout the US and Canada. Since joining Plains in 2014, she has progressed through a variety of environmental, regulatory, and
leadership roles, including creating and leading the company’s Regulatory Affairs function. Known for her ability to translate complex challenges into practical solutions, she has built a reputation for finding common ground among stakeholders with competing priorities and perspectives.

She is passionate about developing people, fostering accountability, and creating environments
where open dialogue leads to stronger teams and better outcomes. Krystina believes that some of the most meaningful leadership growth comes from navigating difficult conversations with
honesty, respect, and curiosity. Through those experiences, she has learned that conflict is not
something to avoid but an opportunity to better understand others and strengthen relationships.
