Lianne is General Manager, Enterprise Integration, a position she assumed in February 2025, and is based in Houston, TX. In her role, Lianne is responsible for leading enterprise-wide operating model transformation, driving alignment of strategy, structure and execution to build a sustainable model that enables competitive long-term performance for Chevron.
Previously, Lianne served as General Manager, Asset Development – Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage (CCUS) and Emerging, for Chevron New Energies (CNE). She was responsible for Subsurface Management and Early Concept Development for Chevron’s CCUS, Geothermal, and Emerging businesses worldwide.
Over her ~20 year career with Chevron, she has held technical and leadership positions of increasing responsibility in asset development, reservoir management, portfolio management, and acquisitions and divestitures for assets in Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming and Angola.
A native of Houston, Texas, Lianne received her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
