Molly has spent the last decade driving strategy, business performance improvement, project management and engineering. As a rising leader, she’s forming her own direct and thoughtful leadership style, focusing teams amid conflicting and evolving stakeholder interests to deliver results for both the company and customers. She was named to the Houston Business Journal’s 2025 40 Under 40 and recently led both the From Ambition to Reality Sustainability Summit and a corresponding fourth publication in the series partnership with Princeton University. She graduated summa cum laude from Trinity University with a BS in electrical engineering. Outside of work, she is passionate about running and her pack of working dogs.
