Nancy Zakhour is an energy executive, board director, and advisor with experience across power generation, renewable energy, oil and gas, and strategic growth. She is Co-Founder of MorpheusOS, an operating memory platform for complex businesses, and serves on the Board of Directors of Perma Pipe International Holdings (NASDAQ: PPIH), advising companies on commercial strategy and growth.

Nancy previously served as Chief Commercial Officer of Clean Energy Services, helping build the company into a leading BESS and utility-scale solar lifecycle services business. She is also a Venture Partner at Ascent Energy Ventures and an MBA Lecturer at Rice University and the University of Houston Downtown. Earlier in her career, she was an Investment Banker in Piper Sandler’s Energy and Power group and held senior roles at Oxy Low Carbon Ventures, Occidental Petroleum, Callon Petroleum, and Schlumberger.

Nancy holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the American University of Beirut and an MBA from Rice University, and is a recipient of the SPE Regional Completion Optimization and Technology Award and Hart Energy’s 40 Under Forty Award.
