Pepper is the Executive Director of Talent Development and Creative Services for Valero Energy. In this role, she leads enterprise efforts to strengthen organizational culture and employee engagement by connecting learning, leadership development, and community impact.

She oversees leadership and employee development, technical and regulatory training, e-learning, graphic design, and community engagement to bring these elements together and create meaningful employee experiences that support growth, reinforce culture, and align with business priorities. Pepper joined Valero in 2003 and has held a variety of roles designing and leading development programs across the organization.

A native of San Antonio, Pepper earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Texas at San Antonio, a master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of Michigan, and a certificate in Executive and Professional Coaching from the University of Texas at Dallas.
