Raquel is a digital innovation leader with over 28 years at Chevron, currently serving as Digital Product Line Manager. Since joining the Surface Digital Platform in October 2020, she has championed digital solutions that enhance operations across Chevron’s value chain. In January 2021, she also became Chairwoman of the B4E Consortium Board, representing Chevron. Her career spans upstream, midstream, downstream, and corporate roles, including LNG commercialization, heavy oil production operations, process safety, Lean Sigma, and procurement. Raquel holds a mechanical engineering degree from Universidad del Zulia and an MBA from Rice University. Outside of work, she enjoys jogging, beach time, flamenco, opera, and culinary travel with her husband, Mark.
