Robin used her passion for developing people in teaching high school and college math and training astronauts and flight controllers for the International Space Station as a NASA systems instructor/systems integration engineer. At Worley, Robin is serving as a Project Director having worked with projects ranging from $20MM to ~1B TIC.  

With 20+ years’ experience, Robin has seen the business from the lens of process lead, project manager, global integrated delivery director, and more. She is known for achieving process improvements through technology and implementing new strategies. Robin’s goal is to create teams and develop individuals where people can be their greatest selves and reach success together. 

Outside of her professional endeavors, Robin enjoys supporting her family and travelling to see the world. She is actively involved in the community, volunteering with Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc., Girls Inc. Greater Houston, and more!
