Sana is the Founder and CEO of OmbudSana International, a global consulting firm helping organizations build cultures where people speak up, leaders listen, and conflict becomes a catalyst for growth. An internationally recognized organizational ombuds, employment attorney, mediator, human resources leader, and conflict coach, she brings more than 25 years of experience helping leaders navigate complex workplace challenges.
Having lived and worked across ten global cities and now based in Philadelphia, Sana brings a unique international perspective to leadership and conflict. Most recently, she served as Global Ombuds Leader at Chevron, leading one of the world’s largest corporate ombuds programs across six continents.
Through her signature C.I.R.C.L.E.™ Conflict Intelligence Model and her Spoken In Confidence podcast, she equips leaders with practical tools and authentic stories to build trust, resilience, and conflict intelligence.
Outside of work, Sana is a proud mother of three, recording artist S’nA, and devoted ice hockey, golf, and squash mom.
