Wendy CPA currently serves as Vice President of Internal Audit for Noble Corporation. Prior to joining Noble, she held audit leadership roles with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Southern Union Company.

A native Houstonian, Wendy is a proud graduate of Michael E. DeBakey High School for Health Professions. She earned her Bachelor of Accountancy, graduating summa cum laude from Hampton University, where she was honored with the President’s Award.

Wendy is deeply committed to service and community impact. She serves on the boards of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Houston Health Foundation, and Community Family Centers. She is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Junior League of Houston, and Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. (Humble Intercontinental Chapter). Additionally, she is a United Way Project Blueprint Alumna and a recipient of the Girl Scout Gold and Silver Awards.

Her leadership and community contributions have been recognized through numerous honors, including the Sara Houstoun Lindsey Award from the Junior League of Houston, the Rising Star Award from Ensemble Theatre, the Houston Business Journal Diversity in Business Award, and recognition as one of Houston’s Top 30 Influential Women.

Wendy is married to Vince Armstrong and enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, as well as expressing her creativity through crafting.
