Alie Pruner has served as a Senior Advisor to Perella Weinberg Partners/TPH&Co. since 2019, where she previously served as CFO and member of the executive committee since her co-founding of TPH&Co. in 2007. In 2016 was named CFO of Perella Weinberg Partners following TPH&Co.’s combination with the global investment bank and asset management firm. In addition, Alie currently serves as an independent director on the Boards of Directors of NRG Energy, Inc. and Plains All American, as well as Chair of the Board of Encino Acquisition Partners and Malta Inc. Twenty years ago, Alie launched the Women’s Global Leadership Conference (WGLC), with the goal of bringing together leading women in the energy industry. She was named to the Texas Women’s Hall of Fame in 2024 and was recognized as CFO of the Year by the Houston Business Journal in 2013, among other recognitions.

Active in community affairs, Alie currently serves on the Board of the Houston Zoo and is Vice Chair of the Texas Medical Center Board. She also serves as Chair of the Advisory Council of Brown University Economics Department (where she earned her A.B.).
