In her current role, Evgenia supports the global Non-Operated Joint Venture portfolio, of 300+ NOJVs across the whole bp group.

Evgenia started her professional career in a big 4 firm and joined bp’s global tax team in 2004.  Throughout most of her professional career, Evgenia has had a number of finance and commercial roles supporting Non-Operated Joint Ventures. She has served on boards as a company nominated director. She is also an alumna of the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.

Evgenia is very passionate about developing female talent and mentors several high potential and now very successful leaders.
