With a BA from Rice University and a PhD from Michigan State University in work-related psychology, she brings years of leadership and talent management experience in corporate organizations, consulting experience and formal coaching training.
As a leadership coach, Ann shares empirically-driven psychological research and practical professional development tips. In a 2021 Harvard Business Review article titled “How to Build Confidence at Work”, Ann introduced the concept of understanding your unique strengths and using those as a foundation to practice confident behaviors.
