Alisa is the Senior Consultant managing Worley Consulting’s global calcined petroleum coke (CPC) practice. They partner with international and domestic clients to develop strategic business solutions. As part of that role, Alisa leads commercial and technical efforts related to market studies, manages development and testing of proprietary databases, develops and coordinates training for SMEs that analyze CPC supply/demand/import/export/pricing trends.

During her 30+ year career, Alisa has been privileged to travel throughout China, India, Middle East, Europe, South and North America, experiencing much of the world’s cultural diversity. Her experiences as a technical consultant in the energy industry, operations manager in managed mental healthcare, banking representative, international conference speaker, author, volunteer, mother, and friend have shown her that people are indeed better together and can accomplish more collectively than apart. As an advocate of empowering conversations, Alisa’s goal is to assist individuals and organizations in co-creating workability, capability, and possibility.
