Alisa is the Senior Consultant responsible for managing Worley Consulting’s global calcined petroleum coke (CPC) practice. Alisa and the team partner with international and domestic clients to develop strategic business solutions that assist companies in successfully achieving key business initiatives. As part of that role, Alisa leads commercial and technical efforts related to market studies, manages development and testing of proprietary databases, develops and coordinates training for Subject-Matter Experts that analyze CPC and calcinable-green petroleum coke supply/demand trends, import/export trade patterns, oil refining economics, environmental regulations, and pricing trends.

During her 30+ year career, Alisa has been privileged to travel throughout China, India, Other Asia, Middle East, Europe, South and North America, experiencing much of the world’s cultural diversity. Her experiences as a technical consultant for the energy industry, operations manager for a managed mental healthcare firm, banking representative, international conference speaker, author, mother, friend, neighbor and volunteer have shown her that people are indeed better together and can accomplish more collectively than apart. As an advocate of empowering conversations, Alisa’s goal is to assist individuals and organizations in co-creating workability, capability, and possibility in ways that inspire, encourage and motivate them to become agents of change in the world.
