Bio

Bryan has worked for ExxonMobil for over 26 years and is currently Vice President of Upstream Operations. Prior to this role, Bryan Wesley was Director for ExxonMobil’s Global Midstream, which included oversight of Pipelines, Fuels & Aviation Terminals, Fleet, Finished Lubricant Operations & Supply Chain representing ~3500 personnel in ~30 countries . Throughout his career, Bryan worked in various roles in ExxonMobil, including General Manager of the U.S. Upstream Conventional team (with operations stretching from the north slope of Alaska to the US Gulf of Mexico), Vice President of Exxon Neftegas Limited (ExxonMobil’s former affiliate in Russia) and various other project management, engineering, operations and headquarter roles in the United States and Canada.
Bryan currently serves as the Vice Chairman on the board of the International Association of Oil & Gas Producers and sponsors ExxonMobil’s Upstream Executive Women’s Network. He has previously served on the board of Aera Energy and also on the API Midstream Committee, Western States Petroleum Association, and the Louisiana-Midcon Oil & Gas Association.
Bryan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University. He is also a believer in servant leadership, an avid fisherman & DIY handyman and has been married to his soulmate (who is a graduate of the University of Texas) for over 25 years.
