Heather joined bp in 2023 as the TAR Operations Strategy, Oversight, and Onboarding Manager. In this role, she supports global turnaround operations with best practices, gap analysis, and site integration with her primary focus being Western Hemisphere assets. Prior to joining bp, Heather enjoyed over ten years at Phillips 66 in various process engineering, planning, commercial scheduling, and leadership roles. Most recently, she was the Heavy Oils Business Team Lead at the Phillips 66 Ferndale Refinery, responsible for half of the refinery’s operations.

She believes that leadership drives outcomes and that everyone matters for business success as everyone leads something. Heather has two kids ages 2 and 4, and in her spare time enjoys reading books on team development and organizational health as well as science fiction.
