Kekeli is the R&D Manager for Production Optimization at Baker Hughes. She had more than 12 years of high-level experience in research and product development before taking on a people-leader role in research and development. In this role, she uses her personable and adaptable nature along with her curiosity and passion for technological advancement to inspire research and product development professionals to create innovative and integrated solutions across chemical and allied industries. She is passionate about uniquely applying scientific and business knowledge to positively impact sustainable development, working with global teams to achieve green and sustainable chemistry goals.
Kekeli is an advocate for continuous learning to navigate our unpredictable and ever evolving world. She earned her PhD in Organic Chemistry from Georgetown University and received an MBA from LSUS. Among her achievements are the winning of the Baker Hughes Team Sustainability Price Design, the Ecolab Innovation Patent Award as well as the Ecolab Innovation Excellence Marketing Award. She is excited about sharing her knowledge and skills with her colleagues and in her community. She supports STEM activities for the younger generation as well as participating in Junior Achievement programs which are geared towards teaching young people how to own their economic success.
