Kekeli serves as the R&D Manager for Production Optimization at Baker Hughes, bringing over 12 years of advanced experience in research and product development. She is deeply committed to leveraging scientific and business expertise to drive sustainable development, collaborating with global teams to advance green and sustainable chemistry initiatives.
As a strong advocate for lifelong learning, Kekeli believes in the power of continuous education to navigate an ever-changing world. She holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Georgetown University and an MBA from Louisiana State University Shreveport (LSUS).
Her accomplishments include winning the Baker Hughes Team Sustainability Prize Design, the Ecolab Innovation Patent Award, and the Ecolab Innovation Excellence Marketing Award. Enthusiastic about knowledge-sharing, Kekeli actively mentors colleagues and engages with her community.
