Kristin is Director of Operations for the Subsea Services department at TechnipFMC. In this role, she’s responsible for a multi-functional team across North America inclusive of workshop and warehouse operations, planning and engineering. She has been with TechnipFMC for over 17 years and started as a design engineer supporting the workshop. She progressed into technical management early in her career and has a passion for people development, mentorship, and leadership.
