With over 20 years of HR experience and a seat at the C-suite before 40, Louise is a passionate advocate for inclusive leadership and equitable workplaces. She champions global initiatives through Wood’s Gender and Race & Ethnicity networks and uplifts future innovators through her work with Black Girls Do Engineer. Inspired by a vision she held at just nine years old, her lifelong mission became to create work environments where everyone feels valued and can thrive.
