Maria Carolina is currently Digital Services Hubs Manager at SLB, leading a team of global experts focused on scaling digital solutions for operational efficiency and performance for more than 100 customers globally. She is a digital innovation enthusiast who works closely with her team supporting organizations in accelerating their planning and operational workflows for a sustainable future.

Throughout her 17-year career, she has held several management positions within SLB in Latin America, Europe and the United States. In her previous position, she was the Global Head of Talent for the SLB Digital & Integration Division, based in London.

The spectrum of her roles encompassed topics on digital services, HR business strategy, practices, workforce planning, recruiting, training & development. She has a unique and well recognized background of business understanding and HR.

Maria Carolina obtained her bachelor’s degree in human resources in 2007 from Andrés Bello Catholic University (UCAB) in Caracas, Venezuela.
