Shrividya (Shri) is a Digital Development Manager in the Technology Development group at SLB. Currently she supports increasing development efficiency, reducing costs and emissions during the development phase. Over her 14-year career in oil & gas, she has been supporting lifecycle aspects of technology from manufacturing, reliability, regulations and usability. Her roles have been global, encompassing teams from Japan, Saudi Arabia, France, Columbia and India.
Shri deeply believes in efficiencies brought about the digital revolution, agile ways of working, the power of teams in multiplying value and honing in on user needs. She has served as a global professional development lead to support equal technical promotions for all genders and recently was leader for SLB employee resource group Connect Women. This platform has enabled her to conduct webinars, raise awareness and increase advocacy for gender balance and equity, influencing global policy changes.
Shri holds a Bachelors and Masters in Electrical Engineering. She has earned her MBA from Quantic School of Business. Shri is a mother to two teenagers, a food blogger and is a board member with Classical Arts society in Houston. She considers herself multi passionate with many interests to be fed.
